Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Really warm with hardly any wind.
Comments:
Ran on a very undulating route which made this a hard session, especially on the hills.
Recovery in the short sections was tough but kept at it and finished quite strongly.
This was a hard session in tough conditions and I was happy to finish this training session.
Calfs still holding up well which I am very pleased with, just need to keep an eye on them.
