Comments:
ran the warm up in the skylane neighborhood. Did the tempo on a very crowded springbrook prairie path. I think it helped me to have all the people running and biking there, it gave me a little motivation to keep my eye on the next person and try to pass em. cooled down on the path, saw jamie walking lol, but I dont think she recognized me.
legs are tired, but it was a pretty good first workout of the summer. tempo was 5 minutes tempo, 3 minutes easy, 5 minutes tempo, 3 minutes easy, 5 minutes tempo...the breaks were nice, but it messed up my rhythm and pace a bit. definitely have a long way to go
