Weather: really nice again
Comments:
i recovered well after my long run yesterday, good remedies include: protein bar, gatorade, water, ice bath (20 mins, 2 bags)
felt good out today, could have easily bumped it up to 7 but i'm trying not to get ahead of myself, especially with the upcoming tempo run.
