Rec with Josh, did leg strength training day with added shoulder,bi's,tri's, back and core workouts all done with 25pd free weight with 10-25 reps through two sets depending on workout

2X15 single leg runner form curls with dumbells

dynamic movement stretches with core at end.
Solid workout.
