Comments:
5:30 5:42 5:50 5:35 5:25 28:03 (rough estimate of splits) went out slow and conservative as i had planned and worked last 2 miles. defintly should go out faster threw three miles next time. biggest thing about this race was just learning the 8k and understanding it hurts like a bitch no matter how you run it so just accept it
