Weather: Warm and sunny little breezy
Comments:
Hard sssion. Seemed to be moving well for 60 secs of each rep and then legs started to go a little.
Seemed to recover ok which was good. Really blowing on last 30 secs of final rep. Hard but good session.
From work to home on canal.
