ran after a long day of work, not initially expecting a workout, but I'm glad i did it.

7x hill repeats - worked the little mill golf course hill with applegate. about 250 meters for the hill, about 250 of cool down in between each rep. felt good, got faster as the workout went on. feeling some leg speed :)
