*I have concluded that Lauren is a beast and limiting myself to 200 for recovery was quite difficult. Quite proud of how well my lungs were handling this and how bad the legs burned.. bring it!
New routine for cool down.. jog 1 mile and then stretch (focus on hips and calves) and then jog another 2 miles. Felt pretty good.
Dog tired though.
