Basis of this workout was to get the legs moving quicker that 5k pace. Getting the feel for what it means to open up and roll. Felt strong, but didnt think i could hit those times like that with absolutely no type of workouts like that since May.
Looking forward to Firecracker race on July3rd and potential 5k race at Millersville.
