Today was the first day of my training and I felt good but I still think I'm not in shape. Slept so late night because I couldn't sleep.

Course: Bike Path
Distance: 1/5 mile past 1st bridge.
Felt: I felt good, leg weren't sore, felt like running more and speed up the 2nd half of the run.
