Tower run

Weather: Hot and sunny

Comments:
Regular tower run route; started relatively easy, picked up the pace a bit at 1/3 to 1/2 mile. Walked very briefly at 1.3, and again later. Finished with good form vice trying for a hard push to the end. Did a couple forward planks in the office afterward. Knees fairly tender throughout the rest of the day--took some Tylenol.
