Weather: Hott- 10:00am run
Comments:
Did a warm up, the stretched for 8:37- not included workout time. Then went into the workout: 36-30, 30-30, 30-30, 29-30, 31-30, 30-30, 31-32, 30-30, 32-31. Suppose to do 10 sets of 30 sec intervals. Messed it up and did 9. From the workout went right into the cool down. Did not do a full 15 mins. for cool down. My legs from the start felt very heavy and gross.
