Weather: Warm but very windy

Comments:
Really good run today. Got into a groove and kept a comfortable but reasonable pace throughout the run, not tiring in the middle and finishing strongly.
Hard into the windy sections but this was probably best run of the week.
Out and back on Cauldon Canal with a little loop at end.
Left achilles still a little stiff but much better today.
