was actually supposed to do this with NC State but they puusied out. tempo felt easy and relaxed today. hopefully its a sign of finally adjusting to the type of training. goal 5.45-5.55 splits 5.45 5.44 5.49 5.39 5.55(28.55) 5.36 34.31 then cooldowned a mile or so to this big loop where we did 3X800 around 8k pace. 800s goal 2.38-2.40 splits 2.33 33 35.
