Exercise Type: Weights
Weather: indoor
Comments:
First try of the weight room; by myself in the morning. Had planned on swimming, didn't want to miss chow and the ride to work. Did short chest and tris workout--some flat bench (115# and 2x30#), tricep pushdowns, chest fly, tricep kickbacks. Felt a bit weak, but good; somewhat sore the day after.
Next--plan to do back and bis.
