Comments:
Most run with no incline. A little at 1%. Left knee/IT band/piriformis hurts. If I take too much time off training to rest it, i wont get enough in so just going to keep going and if it blows up, i'll take up god damn lawnbowling. F*%! it.
Workout was warm up, 4X 10 min tempo at 6:40/mi pace with 2 minute rest between each, cool down.
