so im not sure if i did it right. first of all, i had to use the club treadmill again cause of the same weather conditions as yesterday and decided to do this now instead of later in the week so i could control my pace. this whole run was continuous, 20 minute warm up at 7:30 pace, straight in to 6:30 for 5 minutes, 6:00 for 5 minutes, 5:45 for 5 minutes, 5:30 for 5 minutes, 20 minute cool down at 7:30. im glad that i had the treadmill to push me along, i probably would have given up on the pace towards the end there. legs are definitely taxed, although it wasnt all out at the end. protein shake hoping my legs can recover fast.
