Weather: Windy all the way but warm

Comments:
Felt a bit low on energy today and never really got into it, and struggled. Legs felt flat and no bounce throughout the run. Tried to push it at end and finished quite strongly but tired at finish. Not a great run but got through it.
Point to point from home to Barlaston.
