Weather: Sunny - 19 degrees
Comments:
Fastest 5km run so far - awesome! Ran at a strong, steady pace through-out the run. Rolling countryside course, several inclines.
The inside portion of my lower legs are sore. Slightly painful to the touch. Shin splints? Some solid stretching and a solid cool down jog help reduce the pain at night.
