Comments:
Warmed up with 2 miles on the sun deck. Then went into the gym for 3 on the treadmill. The treadmill had a hill sequence so I tried that. First mile contained a long gradual hill about a half mile long at 3.5%. There’s no downhill on a treadmill so flat was recovery. Miles 2 and 3 had a steeper hill climb of up to 12.5% for a quarter mile each. 8:00 pace on uphills, up to 7:13 on the flats. Total net climb was over 400 feet.
