Comments:
2 mile warm up
5 minute tempo
4 x 75m hill tempo up tempo down
8 x 1 min hard 1 min easy
2 mile cool down

well, 90 degree weather with towards 80% humidity didn't help much. i was drenched after the warm up even. after feeling like the tempo was hard, i knew it was gonna be a doozy. hills were pretty tough. 1 minute hard 1 minute easy turned out to be 1 minute tempo/med 1 minute sloooww jog. cool down was extremely slow too, but it was all relative. im definitely spent after this one. protein, ice bath, and now im about ready to pass out for a good 8 hours.
