Comments:
3 mile warmup then race then 1.5 cooldown.
felt much better this week. ran a lot smarter. Still took off a bit too much in the middle, but over the last 1.1 i gradually accelerated and picked off 12-14 guys. splits were 5:26, 11:22, 16:56 and finished in 17:35. I really wanted to break 17:30, but it just didn't happen. With 300m to go there where 3 guys within my reach, i made a choice to get them. I got 2 but i couldn't overtake the last one going up that hill. that kinda bugged me. I'll remember that next time and set up better during the race.
