12x200 at A1, 10 second recovery
3 min jog
8x200 at A1/A2 20 second recovery
4 min jog
4x200 fly with 2 min jog recovery on each one.
felt tired after the second one. never really felt like i was moving out there. average on the second set was faster than the first set, so i guess that's a plus.
one of those workouts where you just have to put your head down and get through it.
