Easy Pace - Stronger Finish

Weather: Cloudy, very windy - 20 degrees

Comments:
Usually run my long aerobic on sundays but because of the pain in my shins I decided to scale it down. The pain in my legs has been getting better as I result of reduced running. Plan on taking it easy for about one more week and I'll be back on track!

Took it real easy for the first 6 km than increased intensity (slightly) to adapt my body for running when tired. used a moderately hilly course
