Had a fantastic day of family fun and outings and then swimming. then decided i felt up to a run, and i felt amazing the whole time.
I felt so peaceful and everything was so beautiful, i couldnt help but smile. Then right as I got back to my house I saw a beautiful hummingbird. (favorite animal)
I love running.
