15 min. ez warmup..15 minutes of 40-60 training with the front group abs,whit,syd s claire covering 3400 meters going thru 3k underr 13:00 madolyn was under 14:00 thru 3k and 2 miles in 15 mins. sydl,booty,em and kate all thru 3k in 15 mins. trish/ella back at about 17.. very solid workout. amili ran an ez 35 mins. 15 minute cooldown thru the trails. 4x20 second strides
85/72 humid but better than it has been.
