LONG run

Weather: very cool- 8pm

It has been awhile since i have ran (i know tisk tisk), and my body felt out of shape, so it probably felt like i ran forever when really it wasn't that long at all. I started at my home went over to west and looped around. After the run i did not stretch nor before, and now i have great amounts of pain in my hip flexors. Rats.
