Comments:
Tempo actually went quite well today. Was able to stay consistent with my pace the whole time and I was tired through 2 of them but nothing too bad and the 3rd and 4th felt the same as the first 2 did. Small cramps but worked them out easy enough and no foot pain. Did about 8 50m light strides barefoot after the workout and a 10min core routine.
