Comments:
Last run in Liverpool today...went at roughly 530 so I headed down to Longbranch to run on the xc course one last time and saw that the annual 5k race was there so I ran around the course to watch some friends race. Felt very good today even with the good pace. Was just one of those days where you get in the zone and go didn't feel any pain at all today.
