Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did the run today at about 4:30 since I had to wait for orientation to be over. Once again calves and this time knees were hurting a lot on the warm up it did not feel comfortable at all. Made sure that I did a lot of drills and active stretching to get ready for the workout. Definitely was tired towards the end of it but breathing and cramps were pretty good for the most part but my legs did hurt quite a bit still during the workout.
