Well today was my first run in Harrisburg.. there is nothing but hills here it is crazy its good for days when I need hills which was a struggle before but the only flat place I've been able to find for tempo is the track and 2 soccer fields around the high school. Ended up going pretty fast today with all of the hills but I felt good doing so my legs felt absolutely great today so that was good to see. Wasn't able to get to a grass hill but I did do some downhill strides running down my street which didn't bother my foot.
