Comments:
Went over to the high school to get away from the constant major hills that are in the neighborhood for the workout. During the warm up my feet hurt a little again but my feet always do the first few days of running in new shoes. The 4 miles actually felt quite good; in the middle I had some pains but was able to work them out really quick and was able to maintain 5:50 pace fairly easily. Did a barefoot cool down on the grass around a few baseball fields and finished with a few light strides.
