felt like crap (literally) on this one. Stomach had been bad all day. on what was supposed to be the second 800 I pulled out of my group and made a pit stop at the port-o-john. I ran ok times. My legs felt great, but my gut was not cooperating.

really wanted to run a better last 800, but the sensation to vomit got the best of me. At least it was as fast as the first 800.

New shoes. they felt really good. Didn't feel my shins. However, it was a short workout and my mind was focused elsewhere.
