Weather: Sunny, Partly Cloudy - 15 degrees

Comments:
Friday tempo run. went pretty well. 5 minute warm-up/stretch combo followed by two 12min strong runs with a 5 minute recovery in between. Ran an extra 10 minutes for a cool down.

Legs felt solid on the last 12 and I pushed hard. Ran on a hilly course. Right thigh is feelin' kinda gnarly also
