50 minutes medium pace + 5x150m strides

Weather: sunny, perfect temp.

50 minutes medium pace. Some parts I was really accelerating pretty good, others going kind of easy. Ran up to and all around the middle school xc course/perry manor and then ran up towards the high school. I did 5x150m strides. Strides felt real good and effortless. Overall a great run. Also, I stopped at Clayton's to talk to him with about 8 minutes left, then resumed and finished up strong. Coach Whitten said no faster than 6:30-45 pace, and I'm going to say I averaged 6:55s for about 7.2 miles. (7.5 because of the strides)
