Comments:
Wanted to take a slow run, to see if I could pace myself well enough to do that. Was aiming for 48 minutes, which didn't happen, but whole run felt easy and relaxing. Quickened pace a bit in some places, but not by much. Quads were burning by end. Loops were 14:37, 12:23, and 13:20.
