Comments:
Ran loops again. Did a little under 3.5 of them. Was aiming for 13:20 on all, which did not work except for the last one. Times were 12:38, 12:22, and 13:25. Had a cramp for 4 miles, which was uncomfortable, but not too bad. Reached my goal of a 25 mile week, but taking tomorrow off because almost at end felt a little shin splint. Also because I am incredibly sore and tired all the time.
