Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went to the track to do the workout today at about 7pm. Warm up felt good especially having the 5 min of up tempo running. The workout itself was quality and I could feel it yet it was nothing too uncomfortable. Did 12x 300m anywhere between 49 for the first two and one was 53. Most were right on in the 51-52 range. Then a nice and easy 25min run after wards with light core.
