Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
When I woke up my leg did not hurt that bad so I went out for a little run did a fast 30min run. My hamstring/groin didn't hurt I did not feel the pulling that I did previously but my knees felt a little weird. After stretching thoroughly and laying down for awhile the little pulling in the groin/hamstring did come back but it was much less significant than the day before. Did not go back out for another run like I intended to but I did lift and do core.
