Weather: rainy and muddy

ok well when i woke up this morning i was like crap i am going to be miserable for the race cause it was raining so hard. i was also extremely nervous because it was my first race on varsity. but i started strong probably could of gone a little stronger and then was able to pick it up as we went and felt really good during the run. it was really fun to get all muddy and wet and i would try to run through every puddle that i saw coming. i was a little disapointed when i saw the times cause i knew that they were messed up. it said that i ran it in 18:52 when i think i ran it around 19:20ish. when ever i tell this to someone they keep saying that i should not complain and take the better time but i want to know how i really did so i know if i improved or not. ok this is getting kind of annoying i keep remembering stuff and coming back on my computer to add them to my comment. well i was just thinking how much fun it was to get to run right after the rain stopped so it was still wet and the mud was surprisingly fun i usually hate to get all muddy. i also was thinking about how i think that i ran really well and that i can't wait for the next races this year and hope that in future years(maybe this year i don't know) i will be fast enough to go to districts and even state. i am glad that i decided to come out to XC this year and plan on running for the rest of my life. ok i think that is pretty much it. but i met get back on if i think of something else.
