Moderate interval anaerobic workout

Comments:
Going off of Coach Pauls workouts, this was decide based on the fact of the loading of miles the past 4 weeks where i am now tapering into the xc season and than bringing back up with mileage. I chose to incorporate summer longer intervals to add in speed but also so put in an aerobic workout in but kepted it very moderate and didnt press very hard but tune the legs alittle bit.
2.5mile warm up
4x100meters grass strides with turn/shorter straights being jogs
6x1000m workout: stayin between around 3:30 for first 3 and 3:25 for last 3. Very consistent, knew the pace and felt very good doing it.
