camp thursday morning workout

Comments:
2 mile ish warmup, then drills and then another mile or so. Then 12x200 (sort of...on grassy slopes - one was uphill and measured long and the other was downhill and measured short...) with 100 recovery but after every 3rd one we took a 300 recovery. The workout was plenty hard but I was proud of my performance :) I reallllyyy pushed myself and ran most of the pickups with or just a bit behind Spergel :) Adam also paced me on a couple of the hardest ones, which was a huge help. Having someone to run with is such a beautiful thing...
I also want to give a shout out to every single person who ran that workout with me because it was a tough one and yall were SO STRONG!!! It is such an honor to be part of such a driven and talented team.
