Didn't feel like myself for the most part... but got the job done. Start felt really sluggish my legs didn't have any oomph and as a result had to take two or three big surges in the first mile. Second mile felt better but didn't have the energy to break away. Finally got a second wind at the top of gooseneck and opened it pretty well. Hills felt lame and I had no speed. I blame saturday.
