Comments:
walked on pavement to and from run. we ran to the third intersection and back. was supposed to be a steady run, so i ran easy tempo on way there to tire myself out. on way back i worked hard to limit myself to steady and walk the stairs to prevent injury. didn't change my stride and didn't feel as many injuries as yesterday.
