Comments:
started at Military and Beach. one mile warm-up loop. Then easy down Cherokee (or is Apache?) Trail and up to horse ring looped a bit on Western Ridge and back from whence we came. Definitely stiff from am and tired from several nights with less than 5 hours of sleep.
