Weather: unbelievably nice! 70? and dry

Comments:
With Berenson. Warm-up and cool-down to and fro Crescent and River Rd. First 2 downhill, then up for 4. Last 2 downhill. Felt good. Mostly focused. Definitely worked. Berenson kept the standards high. Recoveries went by fast, but felt well conditioned to start each one again. (Thank you "Base.")
