Weather: Decently cool morning. 80ish?

Comments:
Drove down to Galludet to join Hillary's group. 3 lap warm-up and no striders or drills! 1200m-4:04, 800m-2:34, 2x400m-72,-72, 1200m-3:57, 800m-2:23, 2x400-69,-67. Always 10-20m back from top guy, (STA '01) and ahead of the rest (Malcolm). Recoveries=long lap after each and 200m after 400s. Pleased. Felt very strong. I clearly need this to develop speed.
