swimming felt good for my leg, dont understand why my leg is hurting, not overuse at least and doubtful its cuz I did something stupid, bad luck just keeps rolling my way, was going to take down week anyways at least...swim felt good, clearly in much better aerobic shape than I realized, certainly much better than this winter, swam in pool at home
