Thursday Resivour Hill Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long interval workout at Resivour Hill. 1000m repeats around designated course. Very hilly and tough but simulated a tough xc course very well.
5x1000m, 2x500m= 6000m total to be about 4 miles in the workout.Plus 500m job b/w each 5 1000m repeats. Also Plus 10min warm-up and 20 min cool down.
For me: workout was quick at the beginning and i got greedy and was patient with building into the workout and was difficult to get going, but got into it too fast and was hurting and did not run the workout as a i should of but now learned and looking for better days to come.
