Comments:
Ran to AU, did a warmup lap, ran 2x400 with a minute cooldown in between. Goal was 85 seconds, ran 90 and 86. Then started to jog/walk to BK. Ran lightly down first hill into trail and then hard for the rest. Wanted to make it like the workout I didn't finish. At bottom I tried to go back up, but then realized my shins hurt a lot and I was tired. Jogged almost all the way back to school. First 400s didn't feel hard, but I didn't want to hurt myself. The trail was downhill on the way there.
